At Michael & Claire Limerick, we do our best to ensure customer satisfaction. However, it may occur that you wish to return a product. This policy clearly explains our return conditions.
Return Conditions

A return can only be requested after you have physically received the item

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached

Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not allowed
Return Process

Request a return by contacting info@michaelclairelimerick.com within 14 days of receiving your order

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located internationally)

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any shipping or customs costs

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking (Track & Trace)
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer

Providing an incorrect shipping address is the responsibility of the customer

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order
